Over the years I have accumulated good experience in arranging ceremonies and receptions on the beaches of the Adriatic Riviera. It is good to know, in any case, that the ceremony that will be celebrated on the beach will be symbolic, but no less important. On the contrary, in my opinion, a symbolic ceremony, if well designed and tailored to the bride and groom, is able to move the guests and remain forever etched in the memories of the protagonists of that day.
For brides and grooms who dream of a different and unforgettable ceremony on unspoiled beaches surrounded by nature, Bibione and Caorle are the preferred destinations: thanks to the typical Casoni of the Venetian Lagoon, they are perfect locations to set up a wedding in perfect boho-chic style.
On the other hand, if you appreciate more refined and elegant settings and dream of a sunset wedding and a candlelight dinner facing the sea, I will know the best places that Lignano, Jesolo and the whole Adriatic Riviera can offer you.
Very important when choosing a seaside location is also the time of year. Brides and grooms are always advised against getting married between July and August, unless you are comfortable with the idea of having thousands of curious bathers attend along with you.
If, on the other hand, you love the idea of an intimate and private ceremony, surely my advice is to opt for a date in May or September, months of low season, when the beaches clear and make way for expanses of sand ready to host your ideal ceremony.
Do you already have a location by the sea in mind? Very well, but if you think that it is enough to choose a good sea-view restaurant to have a beautiful wedding you are wrong. Often these places offer pre-packaged packages with standard ceremonies and very little customization.
